Return And Refund Policy
We want your buying experience to be as positive as we can. Because of this, we have developed a clear and customer-focused return and refund policy that offers customers confidence when completing a purchase. Although we are confident in the caliber of our offerings, we acknowledge that occasionally things may not go according to plan.
At Zadago Store, defective items are eligible for either a full refund or a free exchange for another item (if requested by the customer).
We also allow returns and exchanges for non-defective items.
What you need to know is as follows:
A. 30 Day Returns Policy
From the day you get your item, you have a generous 30 days to start a return. Please make sure the following conditions are satisfied in order to qualify for a return:
Your item must continue to be in brand-new condition, just as it was when you initially got it.
It must be delivered back in its pristine original packing.
A receipt or order confirmation, for example, must be presented as proof of purchase.
Return policy can be extended up to 60 days in certain cases such as Covid-19 pandemic, natural disasters, holiday (like Christmas, New Years …).
B. Exceptions
Please be aware that some items are not returnable, despite our best efforts to accommodate all returns:
Items on sale
Unfortunately, our return policy does not apply to sale items, and they cannot be refunded.
Items made to order:
Custom-made items cannot be returned because they are personalized.
C. Refunds
Our devoted crew will give your returned item a thorough inspection once it arrives at our facility. If your return satisfies our requirements, we’ll get started on processing your refund right away and use your original payment method. Depending on the rules of your card issuer, you should be able to see the reimbursed amount in your account within 5 business days.
Kindly note that the shipping cost of the original order is non-refundable for the return items.
D. Shipping
Please be advised that you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to send your item back to us. Unfortunately, shipping fees are not reimburseable.
E. Restocking fee
At Zadago Store, there is no additional restocking fee.
F. Return Address
All the return items should be send to the address:

Please note that we cannot be held responsible if the return package is lost due to an incorrect address. Additionally, we are unable to provide a refund if we do not receive the return package.
G. How to return your goods?
Please follow these instructions to ensure a smooth return process:
Step 1: To request a return for your items, please feel free to send an email to support@embroideraz.shop, our customer service team. We kindly ask that you obtain authorization before returning any items.
Step 2: If your return request is approved, kindly send the items back to our address:

Step 3: Once we receive your return items, our support team will inspect the package and send you a confirmation email approving your return within 3-5 days of receiving the package.
Step 4: Once your return is approved via email, your refund will be issued within 5 days. We will also notify you via email once your refund has been processed.
H. Cancellation Request.
You have 24 hours after purchase to cancel your order for any reason. If the cancellation time has passed, we are sorry but we cannot process your request to cancel your order.
